Horrendous, accusatory customer service, should be illegal:
Absolutely horrendous. We've been paying customers for over 10 years and today they sent out a guy to investigate us for stealing cable. He refused to leave when asked, next time I'm calling the police. He played obnoxious rap music loudly the entire time he searched our home for 'stolen cable' and then couldn't tell the difference between internet cable and tv cable. We've never been hooked up to their TV cable EVER. We've paid for the internet cable for 10 years. Horrendous customer service, we will be canceling as soon as we find another provider. Tried to blackmail us into signing up for TV cable by offering "amnesty" from legal action if we just signed up for TV cable.. Absolutely awful experience.
