My child (a toddler) attended Bright Minds and we experienced numerous incident reports that made us question how supervised the children really were. He always was hungry when he was picked up no matter what time it was. Billing practices were questionable at best. "Teachers" came in two varieties, there were some who very nice and others who walked around with a scowl all the time. They acted like they would rather be some place else and treated both parents and the children that way as well. We have found much better daycare elsewhere and are happy to warn others to keep looking if you are looking at Bright Minds.
