My husband and I have been going to this car wash for the last few years. We have not had one problem, they are fairly priced, and usually pretty fast. They are popular so sometimes there is a wait.
Beware!:
I had my car washed yesterday at BriteZone.
When I looked at my car, the hood, roof , trunk and back bumber were covered with scratches. I immediatedly returned to the carwash and talked to the manager, Alex. He denied that any of the damage could have been caused by the carwash and offered NO help. He could have offered to trying bufing the scratches...or something. I won't be going back and have emailed all my friends who live in the area to avoid BriteZone. It is isn't worth it. The price may be cheap but, what good is that when you have to re-paint you car?
