Great Customer Service from the Manager:
I had excellent service with British Delights. I have been a patron of theirs for over five years. I recently reordered a special butter dish. This time I received a defective piece. I called them and spoke to the manager. He was extremely nice. The item was wrapped from the manufacturer. British Delight assumed it was fine and shipped it to me. I offered to ship it back but the manager said no. Instead he guarenteed he would open up the box from the manufacturer and ensure the next dish would be right or he would refund my money. Everything the previous user says is true - I only wish I'd read the review before ordering from this company! Terrible service. Rude owners. Poorly designed website. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
