If I could recommend a negative rating for this lawyer I would. He was part of a real estate transaction and was the sellers attorney. He was rude and nasty in the back and forth emails of negotiation to my attorney. He wrote a nasty comment in the rider like "do not CC your client on the emails because I do not know who is emailing me" what a moron! He represented the seller and was implying things in the rider for the attorney review that was forcing me to use a specific lender in which my attorney said was not legal. In the end he made the process miserable and drawn out to the point where his client ( the seller) terminated the contract and he did not give us any other reasoning besides it was due to the negotiations. Its sad to see attorneys these day as such incompetent creatures especially this rat looking one. If you do not want to be left in the dust with no explanation as to why the transaction is being terminated than I suggest you go to another attorney whether he is representing you or the buyer stay far away.
