when picking out frames the clerk never got off her cell phone,was told pick up 5 to 7 days,,,after 3 weeks i called and was told they broke my lens and was waiting for a new one,ok,accidents happen but why was my sons glasses not ready either,and why no call from them,,when i picked up our glasses was told i was lucky his was ready too,we werent even fitted or had glasses adjusted,my sons glasses do not fit and he refuses to go back,,horrible and rude experiance

i loved the service the girls are very nice and helpful and always give u all the information u need at all times... i would tell every one i know to go there they make ur day just with there smile n nice treatment they give u i give it 5 stars
