The Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center Hospice is a 24-hour care program for patients with limited life expectancy. Care can be provided in a home setting or within a contracted nursing facility. Brookhaven Memorial Hospice provides comprehensive physical, mental and emotional services including support for patients and families who are unfamiliar with hospice care.
