The women that work the front desk are so rude! The whole office is terrible! I had an appointment end of August and never got results back so I called 3 weeks ago and had to leave them a voicemail, still haven't heard back from them! Even my primary doctor has sent them a records release, and guess what, still nothing! So I decide to call the Midwest Company and ask them to transfer me after calling and getting a busy signal 8 times. The women rattled me off their office number, said "that's their number, bye" and hung up! Will NOT be going there anymore!!!!

Patty the front desk manager is horrible! The doctors are good as well as the back office staff, however the front office staff of which you will have to deal with the most is extremely RUDE!!!! Hanging up in your face, calling before business hours, not even greeting you when you first arrive, not returning phone calls you name it! They dont even treat you like your a human being let alone a customer/patient. This is the reason why I discontinued going to this site.

And its so unfortunate, because Dr. Yu is an excellent doctor, who needs to go to another office!
