Stay Away:
After living in the apartment for 5 months, I came home from a business trip to find my entire apartment full of mold!! Most of my possessions destroied. I walked out faster then I walked in and got a hotel room. They had the nerve to evict me for refusing to pay rent to live in a $#!thole! I then sued them for the value of my possessions and won. This after the owner blew up in the hearing and later stormed out. When my lawyer told him he's sending a subpeona to collect the judgement the owner responded with "I'll s**t on it." Do yourself a favor and stay away. The only good thing is the size of the apartments.
