Please read this!!!:
After they diagnosed my car (they promised to fix it), they recommended to replace front balljoints, new rear brakes and broken rear wheel bearings. After the work was completed, the car was extremely unsafe to drive. When I complained they told me to get a wheel alignment. I tried to get a wheel alignment at Firestone but was told the car was unalignable. I then took the car to a dealer (40 days and 300 miles later). They told me that the ball joints were installed incorrectly (90 degrees offset), the brakes were not adjusted correctly leading to hardly any pedal resistance, and for the rear wheel bearings, only 2 of 4 were replaced and no grease was added. Thus, the new parts installed by Bucky's ($300 + $500 labor) had to be discarded and replaced by yet new parts again. This is as bad as it can get, not to mention the car was extremely dangerous to drive.
