Amazing Job. Amazing Professionals!:
The team at Budget is the best you can get. I’m not knowledgeable with much of what they did, but the experience was certainly one of the best I’ve ever had with anyone who’s worked with my home.
My wife and I heard gurgling from one of the bathtubs with the toilet flush, and have 6 guests staying with us next week. SO, we certainly wanted someone to check it out. From the 9am call, Steve said he’d come by in the afternoon. He called a little early and then waited for me to get home from work. Came in, crawled around in the basement/crawl space and found some interesting connections to the sewer main from my home. Then he went upstairs and attempted to clear a drain that he determined was the culprit. When this couldn’t happen, he had to remove my toilet and found some shoddy repairwork that didn’t cause, but contributed to some of the problems with the plumbing. While handling my toilet, he and Mike observed the utmost concern with scratching furniture and getting the floor wet, so he asked and received anything I had to help the situation.
After removing the shoddy previous work, to include the sewage line hookup from the house, he repaired it the way it should have been done and then did a great job putting it all back together (including clean up! Thanks MIKEY!). All of this while explaining exactly what he was doing and how he was going to do it.
He warrantees his work for 1 year, but I’m pretty sure that since the c@!%!y job the flippers did 2.5 years ago held up, I KNOW his work will be good for longer than most of the rest of the house.
And by the way, he charged me A LOT LESS than I think was fair considering I had a gurgling tub 6 hrs before I contacted Budget. This type of professionalism and ability is rare today, especially at such a great price. ANYTIME I have a problem, Budget will be my go-to plumbers.
