I recently had my Miata detailed at Buffs. The service cost $128.00. It was a beautiful day. I wanted to get it detailed and put it in my garage, nice and clean. Peter gave me a ride back to my office. Someone called me from Buffs when it was done. A co-worker drove me over to pick it up. The car looked nice, but when I tried to start it ran like hell. Banging and almost stalling. I managed to get the car back to my office and park it. I am lucky I got it the mile away.
I had to have the car towed to a repair shop the next day after it sat outside in the rain all night. $170!
Long story short there was water in the 2 and 3 cylinders. The repair was $240.
I have all the bills.
When I went to talk to Peter, they owner, and tell him what had happened, he tried to blame it on me. He said I shouldn't have left it out in the rain! WHAT???
I thought Peter was a decent man. All I asked was if he could help me out, give me money for the tow. He said no, they had nothing to do with the problem.
I had been going ther for 7 years. Never again!!
You know inside you are wrong Peter, now you have to live with yourself!
