In December this happened to me:
I specified to only do service on the weekends because the gate is usually locked and at times the dog is left in the back yard. I had updated my home number to my cell, so I could be contacted at all times. Well...I came home during the week to find an invoice on the door and my gate was locked. This meant the inside of my home was not serviced and only my front yard. Would anyone like to pay $70 for incomplete service? Then I called to try to get them to come back out when I would be home, but no one returned my call, or my email. Oh, and my credit card was charged for this half @$$ service. I had to cancel my card because it was on file with them, just to make sure they didn't do this to me again. Oh, and they had the nerve to call me up to ask how I liked their service, so I told them. They still asked when I would like them to come out. I told them I would call them back to schedule, which I didn't, but they still came out and did the service w/out my consent, since my contract IS up. So, now I have an outstanding bill and a threatening letter to send to collections for a service I am no longer under contract to receive, nor authorized. Beware!

After shopping around for a while I decided to go with Bug Guys because of all of the services that are provided at such a great price. So far everything has gone well and I don't have any bugs or rodents running around anymore. The quality of service is just as good if not better than any other pest control company that I have used.

Bug Guys has taken care of my pest control for the last year and the service has been amazing. They come out every other month and I haven't had any problems with bugs since I started using them. The technicians are friendly and do a great job as well. Everyone should use Bug Guys.

Bug Guy reps (look like HS kids) show up at front door @ dinner time with a story the are running a promo price. The pitch is they have already gotten several of my neighbors signed up and since they will be in the area they can offer me a one time $39.95 spraying. I agreed then I was told I needed to sign a release so the tech could come in my home the next day. I was also required to give them a time & ph# and they would give me a 30 min. lead time. Their guy called & showed up sprayed in & out in about 15 min. Fine 40 bucks spent not sure what we got for our money. A month later I come home and find an invoice for $109.95 for treatment services. I called to find out what the heck they were trying to pull and I was informed I had signed a service agreement for a year. I told the kid on the phone that was not our verbal agreement and he noted I had signed a contract not a wavier. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager/owner and was told he was not available so I left my contact numbers. No one ever called I received another invoice in the mail and I called again asking for the manager/owner and still he is not available. I informed this person I was not paying after this deceptive business practice, so now I am left to dispute with the collectors they turned this over to. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING
