"Old-school class" lives on at this Westchester "treasure", a circa-1949 chophouse where a "charming" staff delivers "ample" portions of "satisfying" prime rib and seafood, plus "wonderful" Green Goddess dressing, in a "clubby", "dimly lit" setting; though a minority calls it "tired" and "expensive", the "days-gone-by" atmosphere spurs loyalists to "settle into a leather booth" and enjoy.
