Awesome Service - 5 stars:
I went to one of the Mail & Copy centers in the morning, before work, and was told it would cost $80 to send my package to arrive by Saturday. Luckily, I didn't send it. After talking to a co-worker at the office, he told me about Bulldog Postal. Their price for the same service was $65, but the gentleman behind the counter told me I could send it Ground UPS for $15 and it would accomplish the same thing. Sure enough, it was received on Friday, as promised! The point is, I RECEIVED OPTIONS :-). They could have sold me the $65 option and not told me about the alternative services. Instead, I saved $50 and will forever recommend anyone and everyone to take their packages to Bulldog Postal.

How does this place stay in business?:
Beware. They'll tell you one thing on the phone, and then something else when you get to the place. Just plain lied. Asked to see mgr and he got his psycho on over the whole thing, saying he NEVER lies and how dare I insult him? Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Also look at Google reviews of this place ... 4 reviews, all awesome, in one day (Sept 30)? Sure looks like they're planting fake good reviews. Karma, dude.

Owner is a few fries short of a Happy Meal:
Went in there a while back to mail a package and got chewed out by David Atkins, the owner or manager, because it wasn't taped right. I said he didn't have to be so mean about it and he let loose on my ***, saying no one can do anything right anymore. Very creepy. Also some of the most expensive prices in the whole area. You can bet I'll never go back.

Poor service horrible prices:
I have been a customer periodically over the years due to the convenience of the location. The lines are slow and the prices have increased over the years, but I have still gone in periodically. I had just been in about a week ago and purchased a gift and gave them a letter in a pre-paid fed ex envelope, because fed ex. does pick ups there. (It used to be a free box) They charged me $.50 to put a pre-paid envelope in a bin that fed ex was already picking up. They charged this despite the fact that we were already buying a gift. VERY CHEAP. Anyway, today, my wife was very ill and we parked in front of the store to go to CVS to pick up a perscription first. We had several packages to ship, and needed to buy a card so we were going to Bulldog after we dropped off the perscription at CVS. No sooner had we stepped out of our car, than a very rude employee ran out of the store and told us to move our car, because it was reserved. We said we were customers and he told us to move it, because it was for people with packages. Now, there were many parking spots still open in front of the store, and we knew we were customers so we went into CVS and thought we would straighten it out when we went into Bulldog. While we were in CVS, for all of 2 minutes the Bulldog employee proceeded to heavily tape a huge sign on our car telling us not to park there. We had to work to pry the thing off. OUTRAGEOUS. Needless to say we mailed our packages at the Fed Ex less than a half a mile down the road (actally saving ourselves a huge amount of money). I called the owner to tell him that they should ask if people parking in the spots were going to patronize Bulldog before yelling at them and he became rude and arrogant. He said it was their policy to confront people who didn't go into their store first. I said that I was going to go in, but he reapeatedly cut me off. I said that we were customers, but he wouldn't let me get a word in. I said good-bye. Then a few minutes later, he must've looked our number up on caller ID and called us back. He left us a message saying that he looked us up and that we did indeed have an account, and that he was "REMOVING US FROM HIS LIST." WHAT??? He claimed I was rude to his employee and told me never to come to his store or park there in the future. Can you believe he would call back to tell me not to shop at his store and he was removing me from his list? Seriously ridiculous. My advice is to drive a little ways down Holcombe and drop your packages off at the local Post Office or Fed Ex....it will be WAY CHEAPER, Faster, and you won't get the BULLDOG bite in the butt. If you reside in the neighborhood you can go a few blocks to the local Kinkos in the Village and also avoid the arrogant attitude sandwhich.
