Unscrupulous Company ZERO stars:
The week of April 7, 2013, while my mother was on vacation, her tenant called Bundicks to pump out the septic tank. They did so and then several days later came back unannounced and unrequested and pumped it again. Then proceeded to make an application to the Health Dept. on her behalf for a sewage system repair that was going to cost $6,000.00 when done by them! They also sent her a bill for the second pumping which was neither requested nor warranted for $250 as well as $100 for the Health Dept. permit fee.
After three months of stress and worry, and visits by the Health Dept. and other companies, it turned out that all she needed was to repair a broken pipe in the ground.
A representative from Boggs came to the house and after he inspected it and looked at the design for the repair, told her that I did NOT need a new septic and drain field, but only to have the pipe replaced and he would verify that with the Health Dept.
Bundicks was going to charge her $6,000.00 for a septic system and drain field I did NOT need! Further, they went behind her back and went on her property to do a second pumping and made the application for a sewage repair system that was unnecessary!
I would not hit a bull in the behind with this company! Nor would I EVER recommend them to ANYBODY for ANYTHING. I HIGHLY recommend BOGGS. They were HONEST!!!
I am submitting this on behalf of my 86 yo mother in Melfa,Va.
