Drive in order. Was told meat was still frozen. Go to end of building and wait. 10 minutes passed. I got out of car to go cancell. A girl met me with part of order. Went in store to counter. 1 customer standing at counter 3 workers behind. NO acknowledgement of my being alive. After some time a girl made eye contact. NO vocal. I told her that my order contained NO fries and that a large had been ordered. Another girl took the bag and went to the fry station. I told the looker I wanted to cancell the order. I had frozen stuff in car melting for what was now 15 min. She said "Well, we were out of fries and they just got done" I again asked for my money back. Frozen meat??? NO fries??? Next time I'll just ask for a fuel pump for a 54 Chev. They won't have that either. I don't know what the Sunday staff gets paid. But I assure you. They have long passed their "Peter Principal" boundary. (look it up) Min wage. for them, is an excessive waste.
