bad service, bad food, bad management:
I paid for a order on the Burger King App. My youngest is a vegan so the impossible whopper was something she would eat. I went to pick the order up and the manager started complaining saying they don't really do online orders and a shake that was one of items order could not be made. I said it was ok to take the shake off the order but she said I will have to contact whoever I made the order from because the burger king app has nothing to do with burger king. Long story short I pull up to the drive through window the manger is goofing around with the employees in the back. At the end of the day her last words to me was she was not giving me my order and was calling the cops on me. I have a video so everyone can judge for themselves how I was treated. The lady was extremely racist by calling the cops even when the items are prepaid for. If any other good black or good white people are reading this don't give this location your money. P.S. All of this was from me ordering food for my youngest daughter she never got her oriel shake I paid for.
