Fraud:
5 yrs waiting for case to go to trial. What a farce the only thing my attorney kept talking about was how she never gets paid and was very cozy with defendant. Never listened to me and refused an offer that I was never told about, needless to say I lost the case never getting a chance to rebut. When his superiors were told they told me I was "confused". Still waiting for money won from a "High/Low offer because I had the nerve to question their handling of my case. Have contacted the ethics committee, the BBB and the Bar Assn. of NY as it is becoming apparent I am not the only one this has happened to. Steer Clear of this sham of a firm.
