best to avoid:
I had to get a new tire so I went in and they talked me into a used one claiming it would last a long time and was a quality tire for less money. About a month and a half later my tire starts acting funny. I stop at a place that is open late on my way home and they say my tire is blown it's a 2002 tire and could go at any time ...it's 2010 now. I am a bit shocked when I remember this is the "quality used tire" Butler put on. I call and talk to the woman at Butler and explain what I have been told and she says bring it in. I arrive and need to walk into the bay because nobody is at the counter and the older guy that owns the place asks me what I want. I tell him my story and he starts in on me about needing the receipt and if it has been more than 30 days it's "not his problem" ... yeah it's been a month and a half so I'm going to a big chain store and getting a new tire. So much for doing business with local businesses. If you want a tire that is good for a month and a half these are your guys, otherwise get your tires anywhere else. I have two kids with me in my car and will not risk them and myself on the work these guys do.
