Well folks, we have officially changed the name of our restaurant in Wheaton, Illinois from Smoke Ringz BBQ to Steamboat BBQ. After opening a location in Southern Illinois, 'Steamboat Biscuit and Brisket', we just decided it would be best to go with the name Steamboat BBQ. What can we say? We really like the name.
