This 1872 water-powered gristmill, which is 12 miiles north of Medford, is listed in the National Historic Register and still produces whole-grain food products, which you can buy at the country store here. There's also a modest display of antiques.
In nearby Eagle Point, you can visit one of Oregon's only operating water-powered flour mills. The Butte Creek Mill was built in 1873, and its millstones are still grinding out flour.
