Beware when purchasing furniture from Butterworth's. I bought a $1,300.00 electric recliner and the day it was delivered I discovered the motor was not working correctly so I called and they told me the service dept would call me the next day....5 days went by and no call so I called and spoke to the sales manager who assured me they would call me the next day. Guess what....NO CALL. So, after the sale go's through you are nobody to them. Take your business elsewhere for good service.
