I used charlie (one of the inspectors), he was did a very superficial inspections. he didn't take the time to inspect everything. When I asked him detailed questions, he said this is a regulated report and that he is not obligated to give out more information than the report. I've used other inspectors and they all went above and beyond the "regulated report". Don't use these guys.
