A classically trained French chef, Ernest broke out on his own to open such as Dallas favorites as: Culinary Classics Catering in the late 80s, Cafe Brazil in the early 90s, and currently BUZZBREWS Kitchen in 2005. BUZZBREWS was launched as a healthier and more refined urban concept to dazzle and dine the palettes of all Dallasites alike!
