PLEASE do read before booking:
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this before you book with this company! I'm begging you. My fiance and I used BVIP for our engagement party on August 15th, in which we celebrated with our bridal party and close friends. I was in a bind when looking up companies, and we were on a strict budget (we didn't want our friends spending an arm and a leg) so I decided to book with this company. AFTER I booked, and put down a $200 deposit, I heard from 4 different brides that had already used BVIP for parties and their weddings that BVIP was absolutely horrible
Anyway, back to my party. I inquired with Katie and Steven and I couldn't believe the amount of attitude and sarcasm they had with me before I was even a customer. for ex when I asked what the bus was equipped with, they responded with "well, let's see. It comes with tires, windows, a driver....etc" they were so incredible rude and unprofessional, that should have been my first warning. Fast forward to after I put down the $200 deposit to reserve the date. The deposit is refunded to you after the bus returns with no damages, which I understood.
So the driver shows up, and I greet him and I got, "oh, great. Another bride." I couldn't believe it but I shrugged it off to enjoy my night. I decided to go through the bus with him before my friends got on, just to document any damages that may have already been there prior to my party entering. Which was smart, because we found 2 cuts in the seats and a crack in the TV (which didn't actually work anyway). I made sure the driver was aware of these marks and he documented them as well. I then asked how it worked with having the bus until 2 and he said as long as we are back on your premises by 2am, we will not charge an additional hour. Long story short, they KEPT our $200 deposit even though no additional damages were made, and although he was back at my house at 1:55 he didn't leave until 2:04 and they charged another $100. When I contacted the manager about this, he told me that due to my "attitude" he would not do anything and when I told him how disappointed I was in this, and that I probably wouldn't use them in the future, he decided to tell me that he wouldn't consider LETTING us use them! I cried over how we were treated, it was so frustrating. I am begging any bride out there, to save your money and go elsewhere. We were quoted $500.00 for 5 hours and we ended up paying $800

Awful Service and Limos needed major service!:
We booked BVIP limousine at Today's Bride Bridal Show based on their decent rates. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for! Their Cadillac Escalade limousine needed some updating. Hardly any of the electronics worked (ex. interior lighting, sunroof/moonroof, privacy window, etc.) and the small amount of ice that they provided for us was dirty! To top the whole experience off, we were 8 minutes over our reserved time and they charged us for a FULL additional hour! $193! It was very unnecessary! Pay the extra to get the service that you deserve. I would NEVER recommend BVIP to anyone.
