C&G Pavers and Concrete NO GOOD READ THIS:
Don't Do IT, DON'T DO IT !!!!!! Took Robert George and his Son Chris George, owners of C&G Pavers and Concrete LLC, out of Lincroff,NJ and Toms River,NJ, to court and won a $1822.00 judgement against them. I went to the Better Business Bureau, and the Monmouth County Department of Consumer Affairs, a year and a half ago, which they ignored, until I sought court intervention. They did a c@!%!y job laying my driveway, Its all coming up. Then they wanted to come back and seal it for another $400.00, a month after they laid it. Then after I took them to court, before a judge, in Superior Court Of New Jersey, Toms River, Ocean County, THEY agreed to come back and and replace the driveway. Well, they never showed up. They appealed the decision by the judge, for the judgement, and LOST. The judge denied the motion to dismiss it. We are now seeking his banking and business assets. In court documents he says he has no money to refund to me, yet hes been in business for 33 years. He has a judgement against him for 20 years, no mater what. Once these guys have you money, you will never see them again. They never return phone calls. Save yourself the Grief.. Spread the word. He is a great talker.Yesterday on Nov,15 2013, he asks the judge in Stafford Municipal Court that if he refunds the money to the party that signed a complaint against him for theft by deception, a criminal complaint, would he make him take all the bad reviews off the internet. The judge said he could not do that. Look at the other reviews how they went from bad reviews to he's a great guy.He talked them into changing their reviews. If anyone hires this guy, you will get what you deserve..If you want, come to Stafford court on Nov,22,2013 to witness this con-man..

Be carefull of leaving robert george of c and g pavers a deposit:
Robert george of C&G pavers gave me a total price of 2400 to build a patio in my back yard we signed a contract and I gave him a 500.00 deposit. 3 weeks later he came back with a picture of the patio which was different then our contracted one and wanted 1500 dollars more. I refused he got very angry and said he could not build the patio for 2400 dollars and would return my 500 deposit.also the patio he designed would not have been approved by 55 and up community which I live in. He then stopped answering his phone and did not return my deposit i contacted consumer affairs of NJ and he agreed to return the 500 dollars to them. After 3 months of excuses from him he still did not pay the 500.00 consumer affairs then advised me to file a theft by deception complaint with my local police department which I have done. a summons was then sent to him to appear in ocean county municipal court I LEFT HIM THE 500 DEPOSIT ON MARCH 30 2013 SO IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS THAT HE STILL HAS MY MONEY AND NO WORK HAS EVER BEEN DONE
