The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I brought my 05 BMW 645ci there on May 9th, as he came highly recommended by Clean Dreams Car Wash right down the street (the owner has a X3 and says he only services it there). It took them 4 days to diagnose and get me a price on a SMG Hydraulic Pump, to fix what they said would fix the problem and told me that a BMW certified technician from JMK BMW would have to come out and program the part after it was installed, they quoted $1150.00 and I gave them the go ahead to get started. A week and a half goes by and one of the service techs actually sees my husband driving and follows him home as the shop LOST my phone number. The tech said the car should be done on Monday, Monday and an entire week goes by with no word from the shop. Finally on Friday I stop in to see what’s going on, the Owner Chris tells me, “Oh we called you on Tuesday you didn’t answer” they didn’t bother to leave a message or try to reach out to me again AT ALL!!!!!! On that Friday (now they’ve had my car for a month) he tells me now that they’ve fix the pump the TCM computer is no longer working so I inquired what the BMW tech thought could be the problem at which point they informed me that the person who programmed the pump was NOT A BMW CERTIFIED TECH. I Had to fight with them to get the car out so it could go to a dealer (I know I should have just started there) cops had to be called, Owner Chris and his wife became very verbally aggressive screaming profanities at me and my family and on top of that they LOST MY KEY!!!!! It took them 45 minuets to provide an itemized bill, they had so much trouble just getting that together it’s absurd. I never write reviews but if I can stop just one other person from being taken advantage of, it will be worth it!!!

I was stuck on route 1-9 in Edison NJ, i was only covered for 5 miles however this company took me the extra 3 miles right to my door, Thank-you so much........

I had been told I needed a transmission cost 1750 dollars stopped by c&t towing and almost kept going the shop was so busy , but I stopped in anyway I was so glad I did my transmission was good all my car needed was motor mounts ,Thank you so very much and may God bless .
