Cactus serves up popular, non-greasy, highly imaginative Mexican food like citrus marinated grilled sea scallops and white Mexican prawns tossed with cucumbers, oranges and limes to yuppies and the older Madison Park set. Fajitas come with cumin black beans and caramelized onions, and the Indian fry bread is delicious.
