Established French chef Jean-Marie Cadot has opened his own restaurant in North Dallas, to critical praise. Cadot is a traditional French restaurant featuring seafood, meat, and poultry dishes, as well as some vegetarian items. For events, Cadot offers catering and private rooms, and on Sundays the entire restaurant is available for private functions.

Chef Jean-Marie Cadot, a native of Paris, France, grew up in a family that has been in the restaurant, hotel, and bakery business since 1758.
