Cafe 15 is focused on seasonal, local, wild, organic, and fresh food cooked in a real way. No microwave in this kitchen! We do most of our cooking in olive oil and make our own mayo, pesto, salad dressings, salsas, tartar sauce, pickles, and jam. We jar and sell the jam & roasted heirloom tomato sauce.
