"Café who monde?" ask the "tourists" who "seem to love" these French Quarter "alternatives" for a "sugar rush" of "melt-in-your-mouth" beignets along with "cheap", "spicy" Cajun dishes "without a huge wait"; the staff is "friendly", and while the Bourbon Street location books live music, the "quieter" Royal Street branch still includes the soundtrack of "birds chirping" on the patio.
