We use beans from a handful of micro-roasters (Commonplace, Tanager, Deeper Roots), locally-sourced and glass-bottled Pasture Maid Creamery milk, and handcrafted syrups.

We are unique in our commitment to using the best local, organic and fair-trade ingredients we can find.
