Caiola’s is the West End’s quintessential neighborhood restaurant with a charming out-of-the-way feel. Chef Abby Harmon is known for her seafood from her days at Street & Co., and the fish at Caiola’s is always spot-on, such as pan-sautéed spicy scallops with a beet and tomato gazpacho. It is also nice to see what Harmon can do with terrestrial ingredients (nearly all of them obtained locally)....
