Not Impressed:
I heard good things and even had a friend refer me but I ended going there because my insurance company would give me a rental for an extended period of time if I used them. Had bad hail damage and was told it would take 3 weeks to fix. We did receive updates and it took about 3.5 wks. We picked it up and as soon as I got home I noticed A)The car was filthy B) There was a mark on the tailgate that wasn't there before C)There was dust/dirt inside the speaker grill in the back seat. We took it back and they fixed it (buffed out mark, cleaned grill, didn't really clean the car). Later that day I got in the passenger side and saw overspray over the front and rear passenger door weather stripping. Probably not a big deal but given that the car was less than a year old I wanted to get it fixed. The representative was borderline rude on the phone like I was asking a favor of her to fix my car ($6,600 worth of damage I figured they should at least do a good job). I'm bringing it back today and it will be the last time I use Caliber, until I find something else that they screwed up.

Just horrible:
I first heard of caliber because a mechanic from Toyota recommended them, so I decided to give them a try. I had been in my first accident and luckily it was just the bumper. I left the car and waited 4 weeks until they called me, they did call me with updates. I went to go pick up the car and the bumper had "spider webbing" , I noticed it and told the guy that was helping me. He then got defensive and tried to force men, by that I mean rushing mento take the care and get me out of there. The bumper also had a gap where it meets the actual metal of the car. I told the guy "no I can't take it like this, it's not done right" he then continued to try and kick me out showing me paper work and telling me I need to call the insurance company. I was very upset when another employe steped and said he would take care of it.

They called men a week later and told me the car was ready, this time it was all done right, they had to put a new bumper. These guys are just cheap. No; good customer service, my car was dirty when I got it, I had to argue for an hour, they took a long time. Just a horrible experience. Recommend finding a different caliber or different company.
