Calico gals are money grubbers:
This fabric store focuses on Money not its customers. I have attended several training classes sponsored by these ladies and experienced most of the class time trying to sell their products (hard sells). Personally I do not pay to hear hard sells I go to learn. Secondly, they screwed up my baby lock machine that had no problems when I took it in for a simple tune up, failed to give me back all accessories before I left, kept trying to find a way to blame me for the malfunction after they screwed it up, made me pay for a part that occurred because they screwed the machine up, and simply was unprofessional. I am completely not satisfied with the customer service from one particular employee. On the other hand, there were 2 other employees who observed my dissatisfaction who were courteous and agreed that they understood and tried to apologize. But when I spoke to the owner she just apologized and had the nerve to charge me for the accessory. I would recommend anyone with a baby lock machine seek service elsewhere. I intend to do so as well as report this to baby lock.
