My family purchased a total of 4 Aprilia Scareabeo Scooters from a South Bay shop and have had a terrible time trying to get parts for nearly a year. Despite the negative reviews I read here I was willing to try anything to get my parts. I talked with Nancy about getting parts and she said it should only take a week. My parts were shipped to my house in one week. This is now my shop, even if it's 50 miles away!

I first went there to look at the Vespa 150 LVX then I say a Mojito 150, which the sales person told me was on sale for $3200. I went home and called him and let him know I was coming in for the Mojito 2 days later. When I got there he denied the sale price. i should have left then. I didn’t I bought the Fly 150. He added $600 in dealer prep and set up fees. He said he would sell me all accessories at cost. (the guy appears to not know what cost means or he thinks it means add $50-$100 to the retail price then take $10 off). He delivered the scooter damaged and without manuals. What a hassle to get him to step up and fix the damage. I finally had to take the part off the scooter drive down there and get the new piece. Oh and they never completed the Vespa inspection. Shoddy shop run!
