We waited 6 weeks to get an appointment to have our three A/C units serviced and repaired. They came to the house, were not polite, said it wasn't written down which unit to repair, and refused to do it. I spoke to the manager twice and they've put us off for 6 days! In the summer heat- my kids can't sleep because of the heat. They actually said that they had a customer that was more important and they couldn't return until the following week! Six weeks before, they had trouble finding the work order Guardian care had sent them; I called Guardian again, who had in fact sent the orders; I had to get the work order numbers myself, and call Callahan again. They are incompetent and rude. I would definitely not use them again! Climate Control is a good company, as in CoolRite. We had to use Callahan as they were contracted with Guardian Care, and we already had paid for yearly maintenance work.
