Calli Baker's Firehouse had its beginnings as Calli Baker's Roadhouse in the early 1990s, in the Kroger shopping plaza in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The original owners, Debbie Breaire and Mike Hilton, established the restaurant as what was to become a locals' favorite.
