Warm and Fuzzies:
Our Max is a Chow/Shepard mix. Big dog. 82 pounds big. He has been in our family for 13 yrs. Eight years ago, he was diagnosed with tumors in his prostate. None of the my local vets would touch the surgery. After traveling to Riverside, Fountain Valley and other surrounding areas, I was referred to Canyon Hills by a friend. When I met the Dr. at CHPH, he told me, "No, problem. I can fix your dog." The price was reasonable too. Since then, Max developed another tumor on his leg. A huge tumor. I was concerned about having surgery done on him because of his age. Once again I took him to Canyon Hills and the Dr. said, "Not a problem." I was so afraid of losing Max. Afraid he would not survive the surgery. The entire staff was awesome. They could see how distraught I was and made me feel as if I were the only person in their facility. They were all very gentle with my emotions and Max. The assistant even called me as soon as Max's surgery was done and reassured me that he was fine. That was three weeks ago and Max is doing wonderfully! OMG, I cannot say enough good things about Canyon Hills. The staff, the prices and their professionalism are all outstanding!
