They RUINED 2 very expensive leather coats of mine. I gave them 2 opportunities to fix the problem. One, they took back the coats to try and stretch them back to form, DIDN'T WORK. Two, they sent the coats to 2 companies { neither of them ever saw me in my coats before or after cape way DESTROYED them } to look at them, Nothing came of that. The owner, Rick Pigeon, of Cape Way offered me 75 dollars for compensation for DAMAGES DONE. These coats cost me 1,100 dollars when I bought them and I have taken very, very good care of them. I took Mr Pigeon to court and proved my case beyond any and all doubt that Cape Way RUINED my coats. I showed pictures of me in the coats and then put the coats on to show that they were SHRUNK to the point were they wouldn't fit a 12 year old. I couldn't believe that the court officer ruled against me. I guess I have the wrong golfing buddies, WHAT A SAME-STAY AWAY FROM CAPE WAY CLEANERS, I WISH I DID.
