I forgot and called Capital Oxygen a scant 36 hours before leaving on vacation. They contacted the nearest Lincare to where I was going and had the arrangements made before I got off the phone! The setup was ready for me in the room when I arrived. What a company!

I called Capital Oxygen to request O2 tank replacements for my husband. The women in the office insisted there were letters on the sides of the tank. I found letters on 2 of the tanks, however the 3 others I could not find the letter she was referring to. She could not find my husband's record and insisted she could not help until I found the letter. I finally found a small punctured letter on one tank. This woman told me to write the letters down as I would need these for further orders. My husband is blind and would never have been able to find the one sticker she kept referring to. I would expect that a company would have previous orders in the computer. Sloppy Service!!!
