Worst place to celebrate ANYTHING:
Service is terrible. Do not sit outside- soot from the roaring buses fall onto your plate and passerbys squeeze by. Good food- too bad they can't get some turnover in staff! I'll NEVER go there. When I am near Jefferson, I prefer the nearby Pompeii where I've never had any trouble.

Caribou Cafe Restaurant Review:
Under the stewardship of Olivier de Saint Martin, this casual café has become a true Gallic experience. The ambience spills out onto the sidewalk when the weather is fine. Seafood crêpes for lunch, skate or cassoulet for dinner and standout frites are only a few of the selections that de Saint Martin brings to the table. Happy hour is popular, as are the chef's prix-fixe menus: $19 for lunch...

“It’s all here” for fans of this Washington Square West bistro – “wonderful country French” fare, an “extensive wine list” and surroundings brimming with “art deco fabulousness”, including a “beautiful bar”; the staff “accommodates pre-theater crowds” and makes you feel like you “might be in Paris”, while in summer, “hipsters turn the sidewalk into the Left Bank east.”

This centrally located, classy-casual restau-bar is one of those day-to-night spots you can count on, meal after meal. Chef-owner Olivier de Saint Martin has a way with cafe standards. His steak frites is impeccable; his onion soup, idyllic; and his cassoulet, magnifique. It's perfect for chilling out over a goat cheese salad after a long morning at the nearby Convention Center, or to indulge...

Under the stewardship of Olivier de Saint Martin, this casual café has become a true Gallic experience. Cheese soufflé for lunch, skate or frogs’ legs for dinner, and the best frites in town are only a few of the things that de Saint Martin brings to the menu. The happy hour is popular, as is his list of wines under $39---many by the glass. The ambience spills out onto the sidewalk. Good,...
