Hmmm let us see, the gentleman on the phone claims there is not a "Carl Lillis" and rudly asked if there was something that he could help with and there was because i have an incling that he was Carl Lillis... when i asked what his name was he ignored my question and asked what i wanted i started to explain and he slammed the phone down...not sure if you agree with me but even if i was hostile (which i wasnt' in any way) wouldn't you want to represent your company a bit better than this you would think that you would remember that one day the person on the other end may potentially be a client some day? hmmm just a bit of advice lying is frowned upon
