These people are professionals at taking your money! As God is my witness I just took these guys to court today! My wife took in our car because it was over heating and some kid they say is an auto mechanic looking fresh out of high school with this fake smile on his face named MATT told my wife on the phone that we needed the radiator and hoses to be replaced to fix this issue. So we paid the $650 bucks. Then as soon as we left the car still over heated. Wanted my money back as to they didnt fix the problem we told them about. Then they run a test that shows it was the engine which they should have tested in the 1st place after returning the car. Saying now its a head gasket for $1900 bucks! or a new engine for $4500 more bucks! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So I was like you all misdiagnosed my car so just give me back my money. They refused to give me my $650 back. So I told them I was taking them to court.
So we're in court today. This Matt guy was a coward and didn't show up. Some old guy that talked like the owner showed up so Im thinking its Carl. But this guy that says its his company or part owner name is Loren Eveory. After my wife and I explained ALL of what happened on how we just got screwed out of $650 bucks. This old guy just said 'WHERE IS YOUR PROOF?" I was like is this guy for real? Then the judge actually agreed with this old man. AS GOD IS MY WITNESS! The judge said that they only put on my receipt that they changed the radiator and hoses which they did, HOWEVER. "THE RECEIPT DID NOT ACTUALLY STATE THAT THEY CHANGED MY RADIATOR TO FIX MY HEATING ISSUE". So my case was DISMISSED! UNBELIEVABLE! ONLY IN AMERICA!
Its obvious that these guys done this before. It took the Lord to restrain me after this conclusion. But I thank SWEET JESUS for the strength not to put my hands nobody. But vengeance is not mine, its the Lords and they will get whats coming to them. You cant just rip off had working customers like this and get away with this.
And thats not it. This old guy made a counter claim and wanted the judge to make me take all my bad reviews off of his websites. But thank the Judge for ruling in my favor saying that I wasn't lying on anything I said. But I just dont have proof that we told them to fix our heating issue. So at least Thank you your honor for upholding my freedom of speech. And thats why I am back here.
I might not have got my $650 bucks back but Im sure after some of you read this you want give these characters $650 bucks and hopefully more. STAY AWAY!
