We've been around since 2004 as "3D Product Engineering." Now we're called UTENSILE.
Carlyle chef Bruce Goldberg serves Northwest bistro cuisine that is spot on. An emphasis on seasonal local ingredients lies at the menu’s core. Expect dishes such as grilled leg of lamb with onion custard or grilled sea bass with just-right creamy risotto. The space is long, narrow, discreetly lit, and comfortably urbane.
