Carolina Children's Dentistry of Sumter

From as early as she could remember, Dr. Felicia Goins wanted to work in children’s dentistry. So, after completing her residency in pediatric dentistry in 1985, Dr. Goins founded Carolina Children’s Dentistry in Sumter, SC. She established the practice because she realized that there was a need for children to receive the best dental care in the state, especially in those rural areas where there are not many dentists practicing. She practiced solo for almost 13 years before Dr. Lisbeth Poag joined her in 1998.

The front desk messed up my appointment time. Then they over charged me by $110. They "voided" it out and charged my card again for the correct amount. I'm sure I will eventually receive the extra →$396← taken out of my account by them. I'm still waiting. I was left with $10 in my account after this. They should have took the time to look at the correct amount to charge me before putting me into this situation of being broke with a husband and 3 kids, low on gas and needing groceries.

The actual Dentist was so awesome! She was super nice to my child. My kid was so afraid, but had no problem getting work done. It was rather amazing after seeing how my child previously acted at dental appointments.
