I don't have a lot of hours outside of work to schedule and set up things so I appreciate the convenience. Scheduling was easy enough online, and I was called right away to explain what the procedure was going to be, what I needed to make sure of, and what they needed from me. Doesn't get any easier than this.

They did a great job cleaning our carpets, when somebody walks in to the houses, they wont be able to tell that we have two dogs. All the stains are gone and the carpets smell very nice and fresh. We will be giving them a call again!
