I was surprised to read the "nightmare" review as my experience was nothing but wonderful with Carpet To Go. I did some shoping around and found them to be a fair price and was impressed with how they run the installation department. I had had past poor installations in my home so I was very concerned that it be done right. They exceeded my expetations. I was even more surprised when 3 months after my install I got a phone call from my salesgal who wanted to make sure everything was still to my satisfaction. I did check the bbb and there were no negative complaints that I could see except for the guy on here.

don't do business with carpet to go. was a compete nightmare. they installed faulty carpet twice at our residence and after the second time the president, gary long, would not return phone calls or messages left with employees and at his voicemail. we were left to dispose of the carpet, and additional fees that added up to $1,000. we eventually took our business elsewhere but this process took 6 months of just dealing with this borderline fraudulent company. situation was only resolved after we called the carpet manufacturer ourselves because we had to go around the uncooperative carpet to go. read the negative bbb reports. they are developing.
