VERY BAD Management and Maintenance supervisor:

The management of Carriage Place Apartments LLC could care less about tenants with bed bugs and rats. At there property 9 Fales Street Hartford CT., they are making a several tenants wait a week for a bed bug treatment, how horrible, and the maintenance supervisor , Joe, is rude and mean. Telling us that bed bugs do not go from apartment to apartment. Making a person sleep with the bed bugs for a week before addressing it. Rats also cross your feet in the evening when you park your car. They have been told about this, but do not care. I would NOT rent here.
